Es geht langsam zu den Midterms bei welchen die aktuellen Polls so ziemlich blau aussehen. Es ist zu hoffen, dass da jetzt vorher noch was geht bevor der Trump zur "lame duck" wird.
Wär schön würden die Titel mal aus der Seitwärtsbewegung heraus kommen. Auch ein MSOS Bell schütteln letzte Woche brachte kaum Volumen.
Ob die Weedstocks nochmals explodieren so wie die Shrooms?

Most expeditious realistic timeline (assuming zero delays and maximum pressure under the Executive Order):
September 2, 2026
ALJ issues and serves the recommended decision in favor of moving marijuana to Schedule III.
September 22, 2026
20-calendar-day window for parties to file exceptions closes.
September 27, 2026
Earliest possible date the ALJ can certify the complete record to the DEA Administrator (the hard “no sooner than 25 days after service” floor in the regulations).
September 27–28, 2026
Administrator issues the final order adopting the ALJ recommendation “as soon as practicable.” With the Executive Order directing the most expeditious process possible and the agency already having moved the medical portion quickly, this could realistically happen the same day or next business day the certified record arrives.
September 29 – October 1, 2026
Final order is transmitted to the Office of the Federal Register. Under priority handling it can appear on public inspection within 1–2 days and be formally published in the Federal Register within a few days after that. Ultra-expedited publication around October 1 is the fastest plausible window.
Effective date
Standard rule (21 CFR § 1308.45): not less than 30 days after publication → earliest ~October 31.
Most expeditious path**: Administrator invokes the public-health-or-safety exception (the same authority used for the April 2026 medical order that was effective on the date of publication). In that case the rule could take effect on the publication date itself or within a few days thereafter.
Bottom line for the absolute fastest track
ALJ recommendation September 2 → record certified September 27 → final order + Federal Register publication by ~October 1 → effective immediately or within days of publication under the health/safety exception.
That puts full Schedule III status for the broader category of marijuana in early October 2026 at the earliest. Anything slower (normal 30-day effective date, review delays, or litigation stays) pushes it into late October or November.
Aus meiner Sicht 50:50 dass es dann auch so kommt. Wenn man eins kennt aus der amerikanischen Politik dann sind es Verzögerungen. Jedoch sollte dies an den Kursen ersichtlich werden wenn die Deregulierung tatsächlich kommen sollte. Habe mal Ticker Alerts gestellt um den ein oder anderen Trade mitzunehmen.
