SpeakEasy Cannabis Club Ltd. startet Handel an der CSE
Und das nächste Bergbau-Mining-Unternehmen wechselt ihr Geschäftsfeld zum augenscheinlich lukrativen Cannabis:

SpeakEasy Cannabis Club Ltd., zuvor Hadley Mining Inc, ist ein ACMPR-Anwärter. Das Unternehmen besitzt 290 Hektar Land in der Region Southern Boundary Country in British Columbia. CEO ist Marc Geen, der seit mehr als 10 Jahren in der Marihuana-Industrie auf den Gebieten MMAR, MMPR und ACMPR beratend tätig war. Bevor er den Speakeasy Cannabis Club mitgründete, war er Jahre lang Leiter des Geschäftsbereichs bei Kettle Mountain Ginseng Ltd, einem der größten Ginsengproduzenten Nordamerikas.
Das Unternehmen hält in seinem Portfolio diverse Craft- Erzeuger aus British Columbia. SpeakEasy reichte bei Health Canada einen Antrag auf eine ACMPR-Lizenz für seine derzeit 10.000 qm große Anlage ein. Man hat mit dem Bau einer weiteren 80.000 qm großen Growanlage begonnen, die sowohl Anbau-, Extraktions- und Genetiklabore umfasst, die jährlich mehr als 10.000 kg produzieren können.
Zuvor sammelte man via Private Placement bereits 11,3 Millionen USD durch die Ausgabe von 22,5 Mio. Einheiten zu je 0,50 US-Dollar ein. SPEAKEASY ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AN INCREASE TO ITS PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Speakeasy Cannabis Club Ltd. has appointed Brian Peery to the company's board of directors. Mr. Peery, who also currently serves as the Speakeasy's president, stated: "I am excited to join the Geen family and the other board members in furthering Speakeasy's quest in this ever-changing and exciting industry." Mr. Peery has been a member of Speakeasy's advisory board since May, 2018, and was appointed president of Speakeasy in July, 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Peery was a portfolio manager with Hennessy Funds of San Francisco, where he oversaw in excess of $3-billion in assets. Previously, Mr. Peery held positions as senior equities analyst and managed the research and trading divisions of both full-service and boutique investment firms. The company also announces that Anthony Jackson has resigned from the board and as chief financial officer of the company. The company thanks Mr. Jackson for his service to the company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours. Speakeasy has commenced the search for Mr. Jackson's replacement, and the company will take the time necessary to find a suitable candidate. In the interim, Mervyn Geen, a director of the company, will assume the role of acting chief financial officer. In addition, the company also announces that its private placement, previously announced on Sept. 4, 2018, has been oversubscribed. The company now proposes to issue up to 4,428,571 units at a price of 70 cents per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $3.1-million. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire an additional common share at a price of $1 for a period of 24 months from the closing of the offering. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about Sept. 21, 2018, and is subject to all requisite approvals, including that of the Canadian Securities Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.

Hat sich jemand mit dieser Firma mal befasst ? Haben noch keine Anbaulizenz in Canada, aber was dahinter steckt an Möglichkeiten hört sich Interessant an. Die Gründerfamilie hat sehr viel Dollars in den Aufbau gesteckt.

Ohh man, voll den dicken Beitrag geschrieben und dann wurde ich rausgeschmissen..
Also, dann mal kurz: wenn in Europa mehr über einen Titel diskutiert wird als in Übersee ist das für mich eine rote Flagge.
Das spekulieren auf Lizenzplays war im Jahre 2017/18 ganz sexy, ist jetzt aber eigentlich gelaufen. Und eine Anbaulizenz ist nicht einmal die halbe Miete. Steht der Deal mit Valens noch? Habe dazu nichts mehr gelesen.
Ich investiere nicht mehr in solche Titel. Es gibt am Markt genügend lizensierte Titel und der Canada-Kuchen wird die nächsten Monate aufgeteilt werden. Solch Kleinere werden dann im besten Fall ihre Nische finden oder geschluckt, im ungünstigsten Fall aber Pleite gehen.
Dennoch, wer High Risk -High Reward spielen möchte wird vielleicht belohnt.
